I work mainly with highway and civil contractors who need an outside perspective on their business model. I have experience in the field as well as with equipment fleets, truck fleets, customer relations, estimating and bidding, safety culture, and financial job cost management.

I started with survey stakes, hand levels, two way radios, and pay telephones. Technology has since advanced well beyond our ability to use it fully. Technology companies can train you to use their product, but they can't teach you how to integrate it into your proprietary workflow.
